Public schedule and communications
Contact messages are forwarded to the office email and are not stored in the website's database. Space requests are kept in a private log and generate email copies to the office and the requester. Personal data and remarks are not published in the schedule. Only activity information authorised for publication is shown.
Recipients and retention
Access is limited to authorised staff and the technical providers needed for hosting and email. The website is hosted by Raiola. Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or request and comply with applicable obligations; messages also remain in the email system. Specific retention periods and provider terms must be documented by the controller.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw your consent without affecting prior processing. Send your request to the contact above. You can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Visit analytics
If the service is configured and you give your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to informational pages, excluding forms and the private panel. You can withdraw consent from Cookie preferences. The provider is Google; see its Cookie policy and the policy.
Google sign-in to the panel
Authorised administrators may sign in with Google when this access is configured. Google shares their account identifier, email and verification status to check access permission. We do not request access to Gmail, Calendar or Analytics through this sign-in, nor do we keep their tokens. Password access remains available. This service is used when choosing Continue with Google, and Google's terms also apply.
External services
Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram only open when you click their links. Their own policies apply when you access them. The public calendar export does not include private request data.
